Exhibitor Categories

Exhibitor pricing is based on two categories as defined by the vendor’s legal status or the purpose that the exhibit space will be used for. All exhibiting organizations must provide services or ministries valuable to Texas Baptists chaplains and pastors.

  • Internal – Texas Baptists or BGAV Ministry Offices, Texas Baptists Institutions/Universities, WMU of Texas, TBM, Denison Forum and Historical Museum.
  • External - All other organizations that provide ministry-related services not governed by or under the operating authority of Texas Baptists or BGAV.

  • Includes 1 registration for the event
